Our Policy

Thank you for considering booking a lesson with our golf coach. To ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service, we have established the following booking policy:

  1. Booking Process

    1. To book a lesson with our golf coach, please contact us through our website, email or phone. We will respond as soon as possible to schedule a lesson.

  2. Payment:

    1. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your lesson. We accept payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Once payment has been received, we will confirm your lesson date and time.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    1. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but please provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be refunded.

  4. Late Arrival Policy

    1. Please arrive on time for your lesson. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

  5. No Show Policy

    1.  If you fail to show up for your lesson without prior notice, you will forfeit your payment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  6. Weather Policy

    1. In case of inclement weather, the lesson may need to be rescheduled. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible if this happens.


By booking a lesson with our golf coach, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our booking policy. We look forward to helping you improve your golf game!
